Skyward baggage allowance is limited to 20Kgs per person (5Kgs hand luggage & 15Kgs checked-in luggage). Excess baggage will be charged at Kes. 350/- per kilo and will only be carried subject to space availability.

Unaccompanied Minor is the term used for a Skyward Express passenger between the ages of 5 - 12 years‚ travelling alone. Children between the ages of 5 and 12 years of age will be accepted to travel provided a responsible adult escorts the child at both airport of departure and arrival.
