This business class was inherited from Air New Zealand and features seats with direct aisle access and lie-flat sleeping positions. The beds become 79" long (2m) while the seat pitch is only 40" (102cm) due to the angle at which the seats are installed with passengers facing into the aisle. Privacy is a bit low compared to newer seat arrangements. Inflight entertainment screens are 16" in size and there are both USB and power outlets (US style only).

Premium Economy consists of five rows of eight seats each. They sport good legroom with a seat pitch of 42" (107cm) and have excellent recline. The seats are not very wide by premium economy standards at around 19" (48cm). 9" Inflight entertainment screens are available at every seat together with USB outlets and US style power outlets.

Economy seats 246 passengers in two cabins seperated by a set of lavatories. The seats are 17" (43cm) wide and have a seat pitch of 31-33" (79-86cm). Inflight entertainment is available at every seat as are both USB and US power outlets (adaptors needed).
