GOL Linhas Aereas (G3) seat maps

GOL Linhas Aereas can check in online (via the website or mobile app) or at the airport. Online check-in for domestic and international flights: check-in is available from 48 hours to 1 hour before departure. Flights to/from the United States: check-in is available 24 hours to one hour before departure. The airport counter for domestic and international flights is open 3 to 1 hour before departure.

All GOL Linhas Aereas passengers can travel with up to 10 kg of carry-on luggage and a personal item such as a purse, laptop, tablet or handbag. The dimensions of carry-on baggage may not exceed 35 x 25 x 55 cm. On GOL Linhas Aereas domestic flights and most international flights the total weight of checked baggage must not exceed 23 kg. The sum of the dimensions (length + width + height) of an item must not exceed 157 cm

The GOL Linhas Aereas airline does not provide an escort service for minors.

Infants under the age of 1 year and 11 months can board GOL Linhas Aereas domestic flights without paying an airfare. On international flights, you pay 10% of the adult ticket price. On domestic and international flights, a child must travel on the lap of a responsible adult over 18. Only one child is allowed on the lap. In the case of twins, there must be two adult chaperones.

GOL Linhas Aereas allows pets to be carried as check-in baggage or in the cabin on some flights. Pets can be carried in the GOL Linhas Aereas cabin if the total weight of the animal and the carrier does not exceed 10 kg. A fee is charged for pets traveling in the cabin. Cats and dogs weighing more than 10 kg must be carried in the cargo hold as checked baggage. Pets whose total weight with the carrier exceeds 30 kg will have to be carried as cargo. For pets carried in checked baggage the size of carriers must not exceed 34 x 45 x 56 cm.
