Spring Japan JPN (IJ) seat maps

Check-in can be done online (via the website or mobile app) or at the airport. Online registration begins 24 hours before departure and closes 60 minutes before departure. Check-in desks open three hours before departure and close 60 minutes before departure.

Maximum dimensions of carry-on luggage: 55cm x 40cm x 25cm. Maximum weight of carry-on luggage: 10 kg. Checked baggage allowances: First/Business Class - 3 bags up to 32 kg each, Economy/Premium Economy Class - 2 bags up to 23 kg each. Size requirement is 203 cm (length + width + height).

Children over the age of five can travel alone. For children 5-11 years old, a minors' accompanying service is compulsory. For children over the age of 12 years old the minors' escort service is not compulsory and can be booked on request of parents.

Children up to two years old (24 months) are not required to have their own seat. Only one lap child is allowed per adult. If one adult travels with more than one infant under two years of age, a seat will have to be purchased for each additional infant.

Dogs and cats must be eight weeks or older to travel. Only small domesticated cats and dogs are allowed. Only one pet per container and one container per passenger in the cabin, and the container must meet carry-on baggage requirements.
