Passengers who have booked an Economy Flex fare are not entitled to a free checked baggage allowance. Passengers who have booked any other Economy fare have a free baggage allowance of one checked baggage item with a maximum weight of 23kg. This bag must fit a total size of 158 cm.

Children between the ages of 5 and 14 must travel as unaccompanied minor unless they are traveling with a person over the age of 15. Children 15 years of age or older may request and pay for an escort service for minors.
