Check in rules

Registration can be done online (via the website or mobile app) or at the airport. Online check-in begins 12 hours before departure and ends 90 minutes before departure. Registration desks open three hours before departure and close 60 minutes before departure.

Baggage

The airline allows passengers to take one piece of hand luggage weighing no more than 7 kg and with luggage dimensions of 22 x 34 x 48 cm. Passengers are allowed to take 20 kg of luggage. Maximum luggage dimensions are 40 x 60 x 100 cm. Any baggage exceeding the check-in baggage allowance will be charged per kg.

Infants

Children under two years of age are considered infants. Children younger than ten days old are not allowed on the flight. Infants less than ten days old may be accepted only in accordance with an approved medical case. Infants do not need a separate seat. They may travel on the lap of an accompanying adult. Two infants accompanied by one adult are allowed to travel if the second infant is over 12 months old and can sit in a seat with a seat belt. (The second infant will travel at the 75% fare, i.e. child fare.)
