Online check-in opens 24 hours before scheduled departure time. Online check-in closes 2 hours before the scheduled departure time of the flight. All passengers must present a valid government-issued or company-issued photo ID to board the flight. Airport check-in opens 2 hours before scheduled departure time, except for early morning flights, for which check-in opens at 5:30 a.m. Airport check-in closes 45 minutes before the scheduled departure time. Baggage drop-off for all passengers ends 45 minutes before scheduled departure.

Premium Economy cabin: 30kgs total baggage weight; 1 hand bag / laptop bag, not exceeding: 40cm by 30cm by 15cm or 16in by 12in by 6inches and 5kg weight. Economy cabin: 20kgs total baggage weight; 1 handbag or laptop bag (guaranteed for cabin to fit under seat), not exceeding: 40cm by 30cm by 15cm or 16in by 12in by 6inches and 5kg weight. Infant in both cabins: 20kgs total baggage weight; a baby care bag to fit our cabin baggage gauge, not exceeding: 56cm by 45 cm by 25cm or 22in by 18in by 10inches and 10kgs weight.

Unaccompanied minors

The airline allows children ages 5-12 to travel alone on domestic flights and children ages 6-12 on international flights. A companion service must be ordered. Children over 12 years of age may travel alone without a companion.

Infants must be no younger than seven days old before their first flight. Children under two years of age are considered infants and may travel for free, provided they do not occupy a separate seat. If necessary, a separate seat can be purchased for an infant at the child's fare.
