Zoom Air (ZOM) seat maps

Check-in begins 24 hours and ends 3 hours before the scheduled departure time. Zoom Air passengers are advised to arrive at check-in at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled departure time. Check-in closes 45 minutes prior to the scheduled departure of the flight.

Passengers may transport no more than one piece of hand baggage, including a laptop or a woman's handbag, weighing no more than 5 kg and not exceeding the following dimensions: length - 34 cm, width - 10 cm, height - 20 cm. In addition, zoom Air allows you to carry checked baggage weighing up to 15kg per adult and child in economy class (any passenger over two years old) free of charge.

Unaccompanied Minor service is mandatory for a child aged 5-12 traveling without an adult. Children ages 12-17 are not required to travel as unaccompanied minors. However, the service can be ordered.

Infants are defined as children under two years of age. Infants may fly on the lap of an accompanying adult. If you wish, you can buy a seat for an infant at the infant fare. If one adult travels with two infants, one seat must be purchased for one infant, and the other may be held on the lap.
