To avoid inconvenience, the airline recommends arriving at the airport 2 hours before departure. The weight of the bag must not exceed 50 lb (23 kg), and its total outside dimensions (height + length + width) must not exceed 62 in (158 cm).

Infants are defined as children under two years of age. Children under 30 days of age must present a health certificate. An infant may travel free of charge, provided that it does not occupy a seat, but is in the arms of an accompanying adult. If you wish, you can buy a seat for the infant.

The company only allows one pet per passenger, and only two pets are allowed on each flight. To transport your pet in the cabin it must be carried in a suitable bag or cage for the duration of the flight. Maximum dimensions of the container: 40 cm long, 30 cm wide and 20 cm high. Pets must weigh up to 5 kg including the carrier, and must be at least 9 weeks old (3 months old). Maximum dimensions of the container for accepting animals for carriage in the baggage compartment of the aircraft: medium size container Type 1: 65 cm long x 48 cm wide and 48 cm high; medium size container Type 2: 80 cm long, 54 cm wide and 54 cm high. The maximum permissible weight (container + animal) for transporting live animals (AVIH) is 40 kg if the container meets the specified weight and can bear it.
